With a background in Finance, Ethan has always understood the need of delivering solutions that possess a mathematical level of certainty. Ethan states that having a passion for problem-solving led him into the field of project management. Growing up with a father who works in IT and project management consulting only further cemented Ethan’s knowledge and interest.

Prior to launching Groff Consulting, Ethan worked as an Assistant Vice President at RCB Bank and a Senior Lending Officer at Bank of Oklahoma. Ethan possesses a Project Management Certificate from Cornell University. and a Bachelor of Arts in History from Oklahoma Baptist University.

Ethan enjoys his travels across the world to fulfill his passions for history, culture, and fine cuisine.
